Key Responsibilities
As an Enrolled Nurse at St. Agnes Bene Aged Care, you will:
- Provide high-quality, resident-focused care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Administer medications and perform clinical tasks as outlined in residents’ care plans.
- Monitor residents’ health and report any changes or concerns promptly.
- Contribute to the development and review of individualized care plans.
- Supervise and support Personal Care Workers to ensure quality care is delivered.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with Accreditation Standards.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a safe and supportive environment for residents and families.
About You
Essential Criteria:
- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA.
- Clinical knowledge, particularly in aged care or related health issues.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to teamwork.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and support care staff.
- Dedication to respecting residents’ individual values, preferences, and dignity.
- Current National Police Certificate.
Desirable Criteria:
- Italian-speaking skills.
- Previous experience in aged care.
- Post-basic qualifications relevant to aged care.
- Valid driver’s license.
